Andrew F. Ingley – Director, Chairman of the Board, Treasurer


Andrew currently works as an investment banker in Chicago for Raymond James & Associates and is focused on providing merger/acquisition and other financial advisory services as well as capital raising services to companies in the financials services industry. After graduating from the University of Florida in 1996 with a finance major, Andrew worked as a procurement consultant for a boutique consulting firm before joining Raymond James’ Investment Banking program in 1999. In 2001, Andrew moved to Chicago to attend the Kellogg School of Management’s M.B.A. program and returned to Raymond James after completing the program in 2003. He pledged AKPsi in Spring 1994 and served as parliamentarian and president of the Alpha Phi chapter. Andrew is a recipient of the AKPsi Distinguished Service Award given out by the National Board of Directors. Interestingly, Andrew forsake his FSU heritage of two Seminole parents and a hometown called Tallahassee to become a proud Gator – and has never for a moment regretted this decision. Andrew is a founding member of the Alpha Phi Foundation.

 

Christian Regan- Director, President

Christian is Vice President of Human Resources at Harte-Hanks, Inc. a global direct and targeted marketing firm. In this capacity Christian provides human resource leadership and strategy to a corporate officer, managing directors and other HR leaders. Christian resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and has served as president of the Human Resource Association of Broward County and HR Florida State Conference finance chair. An avid runner and triathlete, Christian has provided instruction, motivation and leadership to mostly first time marathon participants as a participant and coach in the Train to End Stroke Marathon Training program, a former program through the American Heart Association. Christian graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and minor in Environmental Studies. Christian is also a founding member of the Alpha Phi Foundation.

 

Andrea Zable - Director, Vice President 

Andrea is a Professional Civil Engineer in the State of Florida. She has experience in engineering, accounting, and restaurant hospitality. Currently, she is a Transportation and Water Resources Engineer and has designed and produced roadway, drainage, signing and pavement marking, lighting, and fiber optic plans including specifications and cost estimates for a variety of roadway projects ranging from small two lane roadways to expressways. Before returning to school to pursue engineering, she was the Office Administrator for an asbestos testing laboratory and was responsible for all aspects of restructuring and converting a manual accounting system to a fully electronic system.  She also worked in the restaurant industry for ten years in management, training, service, and food preparation.  Andrea pledged Alpha Phi in Spring of 1989 and is the founding Secretary for the Central Florida Alumni Association.  She is also a founding member of the Alpha Phi Foundation. She graduated from UF with a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering and a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration.  She is a lifelong member of Beta Gamma Sigma, Business Honor Society.  Over the years she has been a mentor and coach to elementary school children for math and Odyssey of the Mind, a creative thinking competition for kids. She also serves as the current webmaster for the Gainesville Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

 

Richard Ashbrook - Director, Secretary, Webmaster 

Richard is currenty the Director of Operations for Collegiate Properties, Inc. a Real Estate and Property Management Company in Gainesville.  Richard has nearly 25 years of military, sales, computer/Internet and business management experience.  Richard pledged AKPsi in spring 1993, has held the positions of Rush Chair, President, Alumni Secretary, and Yellow Rose Chair while a student member of the chapter. He also served as District Director for the Alpha Phi chapter. He is the recipient of the Tex Oliver award, the innaugural recipient of the Jill Boyleston Award, the recipient of the Paul E. Koefod Award, and a recipient of the AKPsi Distinguished Service Award given out by the National Board of Directors. Richard is a founding member of the Alpha Phi Foundation.  Richard is a Realtor and also serves as Treasurer of the North Central Florida Apartment Association and Secretary and Webmaster of the Gator Exchange Club.

 

Damian Perry - Financial Advisor 

Damian was born in Boston, Mass., raised in Florida. Pledged Alpha Kappa Psi in Spring of 1989, Business Degree from University of Florida in Spring of 1990. Happily married since 1993, with a 10-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son. Began his career with Merrill Lynch as a Financial Advisor in 1995 and is now a Senior Financial Advisor and Assistant Vice President. His responsibilities include organizing the financial aspects of clients and helping them prepare for important events such as retirement and their children’s education. In addition to comprehensive planning,He can provide access to Merrill Lynch specialists with expertise in business financing, insurance, retirement planning and succession planning. Past and Present Board member of – American Cancer Society, Voices for Children of North Central Florida, Alpha Phi Foundation and the University of Florida Marching Band Foundation. Interests include sports, music, history, cars and computers.

Greg Morris - Director

Greg currently works out of Tampa as a computer consultant for a major biotech company based in Boston. Greg has 13 years of computer consulting experience across many major industries, including stints with Software Architects and IBM Global Services. After 12 years of working for other people Greg decided to branch out on his own and started his own consulting firm. So in 2006 Greg started Willowstone Consulting to provide computer consutling services to his clients. Greg pledged AKPsi in 1993 and graduated from the University of Florida in 1994 with a major in CIS.

 

Rob Strosberg - Director

Robert Strosberg, who currently resides in New York City, is the Director of Financial Analysis and Planning for HOP Energy, LLC, one of the Northeast's largest distributors of heating oil and other refined petroleum products. He oversees all of the company's internal financial activities and operational analysis. From 1999 to 2004, he was the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for Florida East Coast Industries. Robert graduated from the University of Florida with High Honors in 1991 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, and served as the treasurer for the Alpha Phi chapter during his senior year. Upon graduation, he spent three years as a Financial Institutions Examiner for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, before leaving to purse a MBA at the University of Chicago where he graduated with Honors in 1996. Robert resumed his post-MBA finance career with Northwest Airlines working in the company's financial planning and treasury departments. During a portion of his three years in Minneapolis, Robert served as the president of the Twin Cities Gator Club.
  

John G. Tesmer – Director

John currently works as the Database Compliance Manager for the American Productivity and Quality Center (APQC). Based out of Tampa Florida, John has 6 years of professional consulting firm experience, including tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Global Services. John has filled roles as software developer, trainer, project manager, and most recently compliance manager. John pledged Alpha Phi in 1997 and served as the chapter's VP of Membership and VP of House and Alumni affairs. John is the recipient of the Tex Oliver award and the Dr. Jill Boylston award. John graduated from UF with a BSBA/DIS and a minor in Economics in August, 2000.

 

Dan Vazquez - Director

Dan currently works in Gainesville, Florida as a law clerk to Thomas J. Farkash of Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano, P.A. Dan has been a law clerk for four years with assignments spanning the full spectrum including case investigation, gathering of evidence, meeting and interacting with clients on behalf of the firm's partners, and extensive written case preparation for settlement, mediation, and trial. Dan's father and grandparents are natives of Cuba, and Dan's youth included strong emphasis on the importance of travel and cultural exchange. His fondest undergraduate experience was studying abroad in Valencia, Spain during summer of 2004. Dan grew up in Satellite Beach, Florida, and like many Floridians, quickly became an outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys kayaking, hiking, skiing, sailing, biking, and scuba diving. Dan moved to Gainesville, Florida in 2002 to attend the University of Florida as an undergraduate. Dan pledged Alphi Phi chapter in Fall 2003 and served as Assistant VP of Membership, VP of House and Alumni Relations, Chapter President, and Pledge Advisor. Dan holds a B.A. (high honors, Phi Beta Kappa) from the University of Florida. Dan is currently pursuing his law degree and has aspirations to become a trial attorney.
